'Hi! I just wanted to let someone with your company know about the most positive experience my son & I had with one of your characters. My son Leo is 4 & on the spectrum. We went to the Utica zoo to meet Jessie & Bo Peep last night & Bo knew exactly how to interact with him. He was hesitant so she got down on his level & engaged with him in the most wonderful way. She talked to him about all of the Toy Story characters & just made us feel so seen. That is not always the experience we have so please let her know what a difference she made to a little autistic boy & his mom.'
