I was very happy with the agreement we came to recently for Lucy's 5th birthday on May 3rd. I love using your company for characters, you're always so professional and prompt in your responses, plus easy and pleasant to work with. When you advertise your local public events, we always try to come because I know the characters will be as authentic as possible. I often recommend that my friends look to you for their character needs too! Our recent KPop STAR / Fangirl was very pleasant, dressed perfectly, and well prepared for her assignment.
